TERMS & CONDITIONS (GTC)

1. Scope of Application
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession. A business entity is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity that acts in the exercise of its trade, business, or profession when entering into a legal transaction.

2. Contractual Partners, Conclusion of Contract, and Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with vNxture.
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You may place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained during the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the items in your shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

3. Contract Language and Storage of Contract Text
The available languages for the conclusion of the contract are: German and English.
We save the contract text and send you the order details and our GTC in text form. You can view the contract text in our customer login area.

4. Delivery Conditions
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may apply. You can find more details about the shipping costs in the offers.
We deliver via shipping only. Self-collection of the goods is unfortunately not possible.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

  • Credit Card
    During the order process, you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.

  • PayPal / PayPal Express
    To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate with your login credentials, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out by PayPal immediately after the order is placed. Further information will be provided during the order process.
    Additional payment options may be offered to PayPal customers within their account, which are based on PayPal’s discretion. We have no influence on these options.

  • Klarna
    Klarna provides flexible payment options, including “Pay Later” and installment plans. During checkout, Klarna will conduct an eligibility check and guide you through the payment process.

  • eps (Austria)
    Use eps for direct payments via online banking. Follow the instructions during checkout to complete the transaction.

  • iDEAL (Netherlands)
    With iDEAL, you can pay directly from your Dutch bank account.

  • Bank Transfer
    Select bank transfer at checkout and complete payment manually using the provided bank details.

  • Google Pay
    To pay with Google Pay, you must be registered with Google, have activated the Google Pay function, and confirm the payment instruction during checkout. The transaction will be processed immediately.

  • Apple Pay
    To pay with Apple Pay, you must be registered with Apple, use the Safari browser, activate the Apple Pay function, and confirm the payment instruction. The transaction will be processed immediately.

  • giropay / paydirekt (Germany)
    giropay requires a bank account enabled for online banking. Authenticate yourself and confirm the payment during checkout. The payment is processed immediately.

6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Warranty and Guarantees

7.1 Legal Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

7.2 Guarantees and Customer Service
Information about additional guarantees and their exact terms can be found with the product description and on special information pages in the online shop.

8. Liability

We are always fully liable for claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents in cases of:

  • Injury to life, body, or health
  • Intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty
  • Promises of guarantees, if agreed upon
  • Applicability of the Product Liability Act

For breaches of essential contractual obligations whose fulfillment is a prerequisite for the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations) due to slight negligence, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract at the time of conclusion. Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.

9. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which is available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
We are not obligated or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
